Q: What type(s) of work does Flaca Entertainment employ models/talent for?
A: Flaca Entertainment is an erotic model production company. We find girls 18+ work in adult websites, hardcore DVD's and limited print photos.
Q: Is nudity required?
A: Yes. Every type of scene that we are involved with does require nudity and some form of sexual contact.
Q: Will I be required to have sex?
A: In most cases sex will be an integral part of the scene. There will be some scenes that do not require you to have sex, but for the most part we deal with are hardcore adult content production.
Q: How long has Flaca Entertainment been recruiting talent in the adult business?
A: We are in business to stay in business. Flaca Entertainment has been in business since 1999 in both the USA and Central America. During that time we have helped both amateur and professional performers further themselves within the adult industry. We have offices here and in San Jose, Costa Rica.
Q: What will Flaca Entertainment actually do for me?
A: We assist you in building a professional adult portfolio at no charge to you. We will book your shoots, give you the highest possible rate of pay, and keep the quality work coming in. We will also provide you with a generous per diem towards you're accommodation costs while your working with us.
Q: Can I bring someone with me to the shoot?
A: yes. The only exception is if you have a female friend who is also interested in getting into adult modeling, she may come along to observe how it all works. We do, however, offer meet and greets prior to any shoot for other parties, ie. boyfriends, husbands, etc. Once on set, and the day of the shoot, they are not allowed to attend.
Q: Can I bring my own guy to work with?
A: No. Sorry, we work with our regular and tested male talent. We do occasionally work with couple though seldom but we have in the past.
Q: When and How will I be paid for work?
A: You will either be paid in cash or by company check the same day that you shoot. We prefer a cash in hand basis though. It is up to you. Company check is issued in your real (given) name so It must match your Ids.
Q: Do I have to give favors to slimy guys?
A: No! Never, Nunca, PERIOD!… It will not happen. You are paid talent. No favors, no bullshit! We are in a business, not a hobby of getting laid. It would be an expensive hobby and not our thing.
Q: Is having sex in adult videos safe?
A: Yes, you will have to get an industry standard STD/HIV test done and anyone that you will be performing with will have them done as well. Until you get your test or if the talent you are working with does not have their current test, condoms will be used and the female talent may decline at any time. You must renew your test every 30 days to be able to continue work. Talent Testing Service or www.aim-med.org
Q: Is there a fee for the services of Flaca Entertainment and do I have to sign an exclusive contract?
A: No and no and yes.. We do not require that you sign any exclusive contract to be represented by us. We also do not charge for assisting or building you a professional portfolio. We will have exclusive contracts available to a very few models. Again, very few, but in general, you are free to do as you please. Contract talent are charged a very small percentage for jobs set up outside of our company.
Q: Ok, I want to sign up and start making a lot of money, How much can I earn?
A: A. Good question. This ranges a bit of course. Still photo shoots vs. DVD vs. Websites etc. Sure, there are promises to make $20K a month all over the internet and in ads you see everyday. If it were that simple, everyone would be in the business. The potential is there if you do the math. Several scenes a week per month (minus the “special” week) doing various shoots and you can see how it adds up. We will offer a rate once we see pictures and we negotiate from there. If we really like a girls look and we can use her for multiple scenes, but there is ALWAYS a budget imposed ceiling and an approval process to get it on paper.
Q: What are your rules for the talent that you represent?
A: We only have a few basic rules for you to live by while you’re with us.
1.No Shows: We do no work with "flukes" period. These are performers that after they have confirmed their availability and willingness to participate in a shoot are somehow unable to show up and cannot be contacted to give some sort of excuse for their absence. Remember that this is like any other "regular" job and if you make a commitment to us that you are interested in working and then you turn out to be irresponsible you not only make yourself look bad but you make us look bad as well. Time is money. This is why we do not tolerate this type of behavior and it is grounds for immediate and permanent removal from our model roster. Period.
2.Intoxication: We also do not tolerate performers who show up to shoots on any sort of illegal drugs or drunk. We do not wish to be involved in your private life, but when it comes to working in the world of adult you cannot be intoxicated on anything while you are on set since you will not be legally entitled to sign a standard adult model release while your in that condition. All of the producers that we work with will send you home without pay if you are even perceived to be impaired. This is a strict legal liability issue that most companies don't and won’t even want to be associated with.
3.Be Professional: Plain and simple. Once again please always remember that this is only a job and not the place to meet the next love of your life. With this being said understand that you will not always be paired up with someone that you’re physically attracted to. Everyone has bad days just like in the real world, but please keep it professional and don't bring your personal life's issues and drama on to the set. We do our BEST to pair you with a qualified talent and even take into consideration your preferences, sometimes it works, sometimes it doesn’t. You have every right to say no to any talent you choose and we will honor this request.
4.General Conduct: Since this is a two way professional business relationship we will follow what your restrictions are in general as far as performing would be and also find you work according to your rates that were agreed upon in advance when you started on with us. We would also ask that you be able to follow simple directions and comply with our basic company policies if you want to be truly represented to your fullest abilities. If you can't follow these reasonable guidelines then it will be essential that we terminate our business relationship completely. Not personal, just business.
Q: Ok, I have filled out you're online application, Now when can I start?
A: After we have received your online application and photos someone from our staff will contact you and find out when you are available to work. Naturally the amount of work that we will be able to get for you will depend on a number of factors including your physical appeal, your restrictions and how long your able work. Due to the high volume of model turnover within the industry we really don't plan for any models scheduled arrival more then 3 days in advance unless you already have a confirmed travel itinerary. This is primarily due to the fact that too many potential applicants were "flukes" or "conveniently forgot" that they had scheduled an appointment with us in the first place. So when you're actually serious about wanting to work and making some real money by all means please contact us. Q: I am new and have no experience in any of this; will someone be able to guide me?
A: Yes, we are available to answer any and all of your questions regarding this business. Whether you end up working with us or not, we want you to have all of the straight answers and know what you are getting into. Please do contact us! Q: If I have problems unrelated to modeling, can I ask Flaca Entertainment for help?
A: Absolutely! We are one big family and anything you need; we will do our best to help you out with. Do not ever hesitate to ask if you need help with something, ask away. We have even loaned money to talent currently working with us. Try finding that elsewhere!
